Max was exactly what I needed. This was the first time I'd ever sold a house and he was an excellent guide, providing clear and frequent communication, insight into the housing market and expertise without pressure. 10/10, would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I'm always suspicious of 5-star reviews, but Max is the real deal. We were looking for a condo, and one morning we saw one on Zillow. We had always used brokers who had been recommended to us, but this time we clicked on Zillow's "contact broker" button just for the hell of it. We didn't know any agents in the area because were from out of town. Max responded,, and boy did we luck out! Max is a young man full of energy. He is knowledgeable of the local market and over a week he escorted us to a variety of properties. He quickly learned our tastes and preferences and soon began to see things through our eyes without imposing his own views. He was very responsive to our questions, found answers to all of our inquiries. He walked us through the negotiation process when we found a condo we liked, even though we were out of town. He's very personable and not overbearing like so many agents I've dealt with. Wow recommend him without hesitation.
