When we met Jon the first time, we weren't quite ready to buy Jon did not push us at all. When we found out we were pregnant a few months later, we called Jon and he took us to 12 houses that weekend. He talked us through every house and the pros/cons of each. After showings, Jon never rushed away; he always stayed and explained things. Jon helped tremendously with negotiations and was very honest with any "red flags" he saw in any house. When the house we wanted was listed a little higher than our budget, Jon was able to identify the areas of opportunity to negotiate a lower price, which we ultimately got. We bought the house with a pretty quick turn around and we were very thankful - we settled in and made it our own before our beautiful son arrived. FAST FORWARD 6 years — We outgrew our house and wanted to make a quick move. Jon was able to come in and did BEAUTIFUL staging to get our home sold in the first weekend it was on the market! It was a wild but super fun ride. We highly recommend working with Jon and his family - his wife takes amazing pictures! You won’t be disappointed!
