Jon was incredible in guiding us through our first home purchase. He was patient and informative with all the various questions we had, went above and beyond in helping us find a good fit as well as helping us avoid anything that may be a poor investment. The other professionals he works with and recommends (mortgage lender, inspector, etc.) all did a fantastic job. We truly can't think of a single complaint and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone shopping around.

Jon is so much fun to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. We looked at many houses before finding the one we settled on, and he had such a positive attitude the whole time. After the first round of houses he went out of his way to find others that might fit our needs and had set up several more viewings than we suggested, which worked out GREAT! He's definitely seen a house or two- instantly points out things that may be a hassle in the future, and what might be a dream to own. We enjoyed working with Jon so much. Our plan is to call him up when we want to move next. 10/10

As a first time homebuyer, I needed a realtor who could educate and advocate for me while holding my hand through the whole process. I could not have chosen a better realtor than Jon! Through his knack for building rapport and close observation of how I responded to showings, he pinpointed what I was looking for and helped me focus on the best options. His consistent availability, moral support, and professional expertise was instrumental to minimizing my stress, finding my dream house, and even getting my closing costs covered. I am grateful to join several of my family members who have worked with Jon to purchase homes!

Jon is a personable, honest, energetic, and knowledgeable realtor who was great to work with. He was always quick to respond and was willing and able to do more for us than we could have imagined. We bought a very old house, and Jon quickly lined up specialists to evaluate things such as the potential for basement flooding, sewer line backup, and even got an estimate from an electrician regarding relocating a washer/dryer. This was beyond the basic inspection. He was always willing to find the answers to our questions about properties we visited or were interested in. We moved from another state, so good communication was so appreciated. He gets five stars from us because he deserves them!

Jon was amazing to work with and we are so glad that we chose him as our realtor. As first time homeowners, we went into the process nervous about what we did not know. Jon brings over 10 years of realtor experience and it shows; he is knowledgeable about the market, finding houses in our price range and preferences while also being honest about reasonable expectations. Jon brought us to view over 25 homes and was quick to schedule tours and accommodated our schedule. Jon treated us like family and had no problem with us needing to bring our child with to viewings which was much appreciated. When it was time to send in offers, Jon was always one step ahead of us with a game plan. In the end, we brought much less money to closing than we expected and that was all thanks to Jon advocating and negotiating for us. Through every step of the process, Jon was only a text or phone call away even while he was out of the country. The dedication that Jon showed to our homebuying process exceeded any expectation that we could have had. We would 100% recommend Jon as a realtor!
