Johnny helped me with the purchase of my 1st rental investment property and it went perfectly. He coached me along the way and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Johnny. He was very knowledgeable on the overall market and helped zero in on the specific property that I ended up purchasing. He had extensive local knowledge on multiple areas that helped zone in on my respective options. He was super responsive throughout the entire process, if I had a question he had an answer that day. He went the extra distance in regards to the purchasing, closing and loan process. He helped tremendously on the mitigation and negotiation process that ultimately led to an even better purchase price. Overall I’m more than satisfied and would highly recommend his services to friends, family, etc.
