Persistent, patient, and knowledgeable. We cannot say enough good things about John. From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was the agent to have in our search for a lake house in the Portage Lakes, Akron, Ohio, area. He was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the market and extremely well-connected to just about everyone in the area. There were many times we noticed his relaxed (not at all pushy), easy going style. He showed us many homes, and we never experienced any pressure whatsoever to make a decision or move forward. He persevered until he found us an outstanding home that we would definitely not have found without his assistance. We feel so fortunate to have met him and cannot recommend him more highly.

You Want the Best, Use the Best! When we decided to sell our property at Portage Lakes, we looked at what properties were available and who was listing them. The name John Scaglione kept surfacing. We decided to call (3) different agents, one never returned the call, another sent someone else in her place and John, he not only answered the phone, he made the appointment to come to see our property and he was prepared with comparable lisitings and sales around the Lakes when he came. Needless to say, we decided he was the right choice to list our property. Everything went so fast, he had the photographer come and do the photo's, set up multiple appointments, different agents made appointments and all of this was done using our cell phone. It was a very smooth process and before we knew it our home was sold. We were impressed that every time we had any questions and/or concerns, John would answer our calls and give us an answer. If your looking to sell your property or buy one, you will never be disappointed if you use John Scaglione, he is very knowledgeable, professional and a good businessman. John was the best agent I could ask for! He was very knowledgeable, looked for things that might cause issues down the line, was always on top of everything that came up, and made sure I got the best deal I could. I'd definitely recommend him!

The Only Listing Agent I'll Ever Use. The combined team of Sarah and John exceeded my expectations in every aspect including getting the best price and negotiating an amazing contract. John is the only listing agent I will ever use. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to go through the details to make sure you understand everything and keeps you informed every step of the way.
