Absolutely, stressless! John took over the selling of my property as if the property belong to him. John posted my property and two days later we had several buyers. John was amazing getting us the house we wanted. He put in work to get the best for us that was financially comfortable for us. He put in work with renegotiating with the seller in getting us what we wanted. Everything went very smooth and we had no problems.
