Sarah was a complete waste of my time. I wanted to make an offer and she said it would not work,,,,,before even consulting the owners....can't tell you how many times I've heard this before....and then they accepted. Do not work with this person!!!!!!!!!!

Amy Morris was our agent with the Joey Millard Edwards/Carolina Realty Team. I cannot praise this team enough. I found a house online I liked and scheduled a tour with Amy. While it turned out to not exactly be what me and my husband needed, Amy hit the ground running after that first meeting. She asked what were our must haves and what area are we interested in. Before we even knew it, she committed herself and was determined to find the right house for us. She met us at many showings and even gave us a list of reputable VA Loan brokers to work with to make everything go even smoother. Over the last couple of years we were hesitant to look for a house because of all the stories about how “stressful it is” and being totally priced out in this market. Our family was incredibly lucky that Amy was the agent who responded to my generic online form on a nice house I saw online. From beginning to closing we spent about 2 months searching for a house, finding the perfect home, getting the broker on board and all paperwork submitted and everything wrapped up, without the pressure most real estate agents and companies put on you. I don’t think any other team would have gotten this done in that amount of time in this market. My husband and I are absolutely stunned by how painless the process was. And even when there were setbacks we all stayed calm and carried on. We closed on our first home ever March 18, 2022 (2 full weeks ahead of the original schedule). I will not ever hesitate to recommend Amy Morris as a real estate agent and I truly believe anyone working with Carolina Realty will not be disappointed.

What an amazing team! I worked alongside Levana in getting my dream home. She took me by the hand and led the way. She walked with me step by step and provides amble explanation (sometimes even twice lol) of everything to ensure that I understood fully. This home shopping experience with her and the team was painless and quick. In less than 2 months I had the keys to my home.

From beginning the realor mey with us quickly. She met at a time comfortable to us after our working hours. The help we recieved was great. She was very knowledgeable on anything we asked. The process of selling the house was extremely easy. She took care of the lawyer and the finalization of everything. We just had to sign papers. The rest was taken care of by our realtor.
