Juan Felix was great in helping us find our first home. He listened to what we wanted to ensure that properties being shown were within our budget and had features we wanted. In addition he answered all of our questions throughly and was readily available making the home buying process less stressful.

Honestly, I don't know where to start with the review for Audrey Tafish. I've worked with a few other realtors and none compare to Audrey - simply put she is an outstanding realtor. My wife and I needed to list our home and purchase a new home in a different city. We were very hesitant about doing so as it was our first home and we loved our home. We needed to move to be closer to family. She was very patient and understanding with our hesitancy. She took us on many tours of both used homes and new builds. She sent us many listings and was always very responsive and proactive about researching listings that met our criteria. She always made herself available and you could tell she took her clients and their needs very seriously. When we settled on selling our home, she walked us through every step and explained to us all the paperwork that was involved. Audrey also did an outstanding job of following up with all the parties involved if there were any delays on anyone's end and kept us informed every step of the way. Audrey had amazing negotiating skills and we ended up getting well over asking price for our home. Audrey also helped us find our new home. We ended up choosing a new build, and she put us on the priority list with the builder. We were one of the first people on that list and as a result, we landed the plot and home that we wanted. Audrey consistently kept in touch with the builder to ensure we were able to be one of the first people when the builder held their pre-release sales. We are still waiting for our home to be completed and Audrey is still helping us navigate that process. Both my wife and I would 1000% recommend Audrey to anyone and will definitely reach out to her if we were ever to buy another home or any of our family or friends needed a reliable and caring agent.

We met Audrey Tafish about 5 years ago and have looked and looked on and off for a home. But unfortunately we could not find just the right one… not the location, not one story, not the right size or the property taxes were too high. However, in January 2020 we decided to start searching again - we looked at many different places & local cities. We were almost ready to give up when a NEW housing development ( Vista Cielo) in Jurupa Valley was in their 2nd phase out of 5. We met Audrey at the appointed time and place at the on site realtors office at Vista Cielo. All of us almost immediately fell in love with the plan, lot and future neighborhood. We placed a deposit a couple days later and picked a beautiful lot that is high on a 1200 foot elevated hill. The property overlooks downtown Riverside as well as the golf fairways of Indian Hills Country Club 18 hole course. Audrey PATIENTLY walked us through the laborious escrow process. Audrey never minded repetitive questions and genuinely cared to make sure I understood everything and what I could expect next. Audrey has ALWAYS BEEN A PROFESSIONAL and maintains the highest in INTEGRITY & HONESTY. Ms. Tafish quickly listed our current home and she almost immediately began showing our home to several interested parties. (While maintaining the highest safety precautions during the Covid 19 pandemic) Our new home closed escrow on December 10, 2020 and we moved in on January 14, 2021. Then in early February-2021 Audrey advised us that we had received a FULL ASKING PRICE OFFER IN CASH! Approximately, 3 weeks later the deal was completed. We only had ONE MONTH of paying for 2 homes… what a blessing to get a cash offer. Audrey helped facilitate the transaction with negotiations with the other agent, buyer and mobile home park managers. If not for Audrey Tafish none of this would have been possible. I cannot say enough about Audrey as an agent as well as her wonderful personality. My son is planning on purchasing his first home soon and of course the only person I want working with him is Audrey.
