Jake has helped our family of four sell and now purchase a new home and we have enjoyed every moment working with him. Jake is a very personable and easy going professional. The thing we appreciated almost as much as his industry knowledge was his willingness to do the right thing and always give suggestions based on what was best for our family. Jake would say things like "This home has a lot to offer at a good price but you guys mentioned you wanted certain things that aren't here and to stay in this budget". These gentle reminders kept us on track with the boundaries we set for ourselves and ultimately helped us land into our perfect home at a well negotiated price. Jake would always be available by phone and was always willing to drop everything to show us a house but he only gave suggestions based on what we said we were looking for. It would be special if when our small children grow up that Jake would be able to help them find homes and we would know they are getting the best and most honest guidance out there.

I’ve bought and sold 6 houses with all different realtors. By far, Jake was the best. Not only is he good at his job but he was always available for a text or a call and worked hard! Give this guy your business! You won’t regret it. Great job Jake!!

We’ve worked with John Delia twice now for the purchase and then the resale 4 years later of our Royal Oak home and we truly cannot recommend him highly enough. John is personable, reliable, prompt with his communications, and makes the buying and selling processes feel effortless. He is calm, straightforward, and enthusiastic in exactly the right quantities at the right times and knows how to provide advice that caters to your specific buying or selling experience. It was a relief to know we could ask any and all questions and we would get an answer that made sense for us—we trust his judgment completely. We are so happy we were able to work with John twice during our short time living in Michigan, and that he was the one to help us buy and sell our sweet little home. He saw the value in our house far beyond the transaction and really cared about how much our house meant to us, and that made us feel so much at ease. We would highly highly recommend John to anyone looking for a southeast Michigan realtor—we wish we could bring him with us to help us buy a home in our out-of-state move!

Jake has been very helpful throughout the home buying process. He has been very patient and considerate of our needs and requirements from the house search. He had been very prompt and responsive in scheduling tours, negotiating with the seller and addressing any issues. He has been very friendly and never rushed us to make any decisions and let us take our time. He is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable in the home buying process.

Kristin went above and beyond to sell my condo and help me purchase my new home! I literally cannot say enough things to express how incredible she is when assisting a seller and buyer. The work up she did to build interest in my condo resulted in 4 offers on the day it went live, and she also fought for my offer to be accepted while in a bidding war over my dream home. 100% go with Kristin, she's phenomenal.
