Jason took ALL of the stress out of finding us great tenants. We’re first time landlords and he made the process a breeze. With us being 2 hours away, Jason took care of more than we expected from an agent. He helped us with tiny details of cleaning, he showed up on our behalf for inspections when we couldn’t make it, he facilitated all of the walk throughs- the list goes on and on. Jason found us wonderful tenants and called us every couple days for an update. He was knowledgable about the current market without pressuring us to make any decisions. We would refer him to anyone & will certainly be using him again when it’s time to re lease the unit!

Jocelyn went above and beyond to help me with the sale of a family home. She jumped right into a complicated situation and helped to put me at ease. Jocelyn and her team are outstanding to work with! As a result of her in depth knowledge of the market, responsiveness, attention to detail, marketing and negotiation skills, I was able to receive an offer over asking price and sold within a few short months! I had an extremely complicated and lengthy closing process on my mixed use residential property. Jocelyn was on top of each issue, solution oriented, reassuring and professional under pressure. I knew that she had my best interest and I can confidently say I have great trust in her. I highly recommend Jocelyn whether you are selling or purchasing. I have bought and sold many properties. It was a real pleasure working with Jocelyn. After losing my father, it was a tough decision for my mother to uproot move out of state and sell our first and only family home, but we had seen locally that houses were selling in one day, with multiple offers. After speaking with Jocelyn, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the current market and eased our decision making process. She had a professional photographer & videographer at the house and within a week on the market, had offers way our asking price. Jocelyn truly understands how to sell houses. From her social media following, to her glowing energy, she made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market, made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. We met Jocelyn when visiting an open house that she was hosting. She came across extremely professional and took interest in what we were looking for in a home rather than pushing us the property she was selling. We immediately knew she would be our realtor when we search our forever dream home. Our home search coincided with the pandemic and it was a two year long drawn process. Jocelyn was extremely patient with us through the process and not once did we feel pressurized by her in making a decision. Jocelyn is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, different areas, home improvement projects and what it would entail to make any changes to the property.
