I enjoyed working with Alex. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and competent at what he does. He helped me find the perfect house for me at my price point. Alex negotiated with the sellers and they accepted my offer. I would definitely recommend working with Alex to find your next home.

Our family had to move quite a few times during the last few years. Many realtors reached out and worked with us but nobody was as good as Alexander. He is the only realtor we will work with and recommend in the future. When we needed to get paperwork done, make offers, communicate with the buyers/sellers on the other side of the deal, Alexander got the job done quickly and properly. When one of our potential offers didn't work out, he was here the next day with new houses to look at. Thanks to him, my family has our dream home here in East Mountain.

Outstanding realtor, went above and beyond to help us get our first home. We were uncertain that the deal was going to happen as obstacles kept occurring but Jocelyn n her team were there to guide us with further steps to help us close. 100% recommend for anyone looking to purchase in the las cruces area!! Very knowledgeable and communicative as we were from out of state and they still made it happen! Very grateful to have worked with Jocelyn and her team!
