Alexander went above and beyond and definitely surpassed all of our expectations!! We were in an urgent need to get into a home and if it weren't for Alexander I don't think we would have been able to move as quickly as we did. I give Alexander our highest recommendation!

Jocelyn is a saint!!!! Buying and selling was stress free knowing I could rely on her to advocate for me. She is always a text or phone call away whenever you need her. She helped me stage my house beautifully and has maid service connections, contractors, etc, whenever you need to make some upgrades. You won't regret working with her!

Alexander was very easy to work with and his responsiveness was beyond reproach. He was very patient with us as we had to see many, many homes before finding the one that spoke to us. He never rushed us and was willing to research properties we came upon. During some snags in the closing process due to the seller, Alexander stayed on top of everything and kept us and the mortgage company well informed. We already recommended him to someone and she was well pleased with the sale of her house.

We can't say enough good things about Jocelyn! As first-time homebuyers we were pretty nervous about the whole thing, but she made it so easy. She was crazy responsive, sometimes getting back to us in minutes, and was really thorough about everything. When we found our place this summer, we ended up going through several rounds of counter offers. Jocelyn was lightning fast with responses and really fought for us during negotiations. She's a tough negotiator and you can tell she genuinely cared about getting us the best deal possible. Honestly, what could have been a really stressful experience was totally painless because of her. She answered all our questions, explained things in a way that made sense, and was always there when we needed her. If you're looking for a broker in the Las Cruces area who is caring, responsive, and highly informed, definitely go with Jocelyn. We're so happy with how everything turned (we absolutely love our home!) out and so grateful for all her help!
