From the first time I met Joann, I could tell we made the right decision choosing her to be our realtor. As first time home owners we needed a lot of guidance, Joann went above and beyond. We put all our trust in her and she delivered. She helped us through one of the most important times in our lives. When looking for a realtor, look no further. Joann is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. She walked us through the whole process from start to finish - she always made herself available when we needed her. So glad we worked with her, she’s truly one of the best in the business!

Joann made the process of selling our home as stress free as possible. She explained every step and made sure we understood, if we didn't she had the patience to explain it again and again. Joann shielded us from the little problems that no doubt arise and took control and made sure the sale stayed on track. I will absolutely be referring her to all my friends and family for their real estate needs.

She doesn’t just want to sell you a house, she wants to sell you a home. She introduces you to people who aren’t your every day lawyers or mortgage brokers, they truly care for you just as she does, and that makes a big difference in your home buying experience. In all of the craziness this past year, Joanne was always there to answer a question, to calm the fears and to give encouragement when I felt all is lost. I can’t sing Joann’s praises enough. We met her after looking at one of her listed properties. After getting to know us, she quickly zeroed in on what we were looking for and got our home searching process started. We also decided to list our property with her, and can’t be happier. Even through these crazy Covid times, she’s went above and beyond to guide us and lead us through the process. I’ve recommended her to many friends, and will continue using her in the future if and when we decide to move again.
