Joan knows her business and is very personable. She was not only proactive towards selling our home, but proficient in the knowledge of the whole process and details along the way during the sale. She is attentive and quick to ensure all the detail is covered. I would highly recommend her as your next realtor.

Joan guided us through two home purchases and one sale. We looked at a lot of houses before we found the right ones, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She listened to what we wanted, and she was always on the lookout for listings that she thought might interest us. She never showed us a house that didn't meet our "must haves". It was really the second home purchase that made me a lifelong fan of Joan's - she called us the minute the house came on the market, because she knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Also, closing on the sale of our first house was difficult and took longer than we hoped - but Joan was diligent and proactive about working with the other realtor, going above and beyond to close the deal. She genuinely cares about her clients, her advice is well-informed and reliable, and she always goes the extra mile.

Having had extensive experience with Realtors, she was like fresh air with her patience, expertise and use of the wide varieties of resources she had. Despite some of the most unusual experiences we all came up against, she weathered it all and kept going strong. The deal she finally came up with was something I had never even heard of before, and as far-fetched as it seemed, she teamed with two other realtors and title companies and pulled off a sale that still has my wife and I amazed. Three houses, three states, three buyers and sellers and went off with hardly any delays of any kind...... If you have anything you want to sell, and it is even possible to do.. this is THE REALTOR..

I recently purchased a home and asked Joan Hirsch to be my agent. Joan was immediately responsive, helpful, and straightforward. She made herself available to me at all times. I was a first-time homebuyer and she explained the process with patience and grace. Joan took care of everything for me and really streamlined a complicated process. She negotiated tirelessly with a challenging and demanding selling agent, insulating me as the buyer from any stress whatsoever. Her knowledge of the real estate process, loan process, local market trends, and associated area experts was invaluable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
