Nakina is simply.the best. She definitely is the reason (God takes number one) my family got our dream home. Nakina was caring, held our hands during the process because it was stressful and always always answered all of our questions. She worked closely with our lender to ensure closing went smoothly and went above and beyond her job as a agent. I am forever grateful to her for helping me grant my daughter's birthday wish of getting her own home.....

Kristi helped us purchase our dream first home! We were first time home buyers and she explained every single step of the way and ensured we understood everything. My fiancé and I have very difficult schedules to work with and Kristi ALWAYS made sure she was available. If she wasn’t available, she ensured someone else could cover her. We shared many laughs with Kristi and we truly could not have found a better person to work with!

I highly recommend working with Kristi. Bottom line, she was an excellent agent who my wife and I felt comfortable with since day one. And we were probably a difficult case - slightly nervous, first-time homebuyers buying from out-of-state. Ultimately we successfully bought a house we're happy with, thanks to Kristi. Some of the many ways Kristi helped us: she... - offered local knowledge that helped us pick a good town and neighborhood that met our needs - showed us a lot of houses, offering honest perspectives - conducted video walk-throughs for houses we couldn't see in person - was consistently available for texts and calls - helped us think through tricky negotiations and closing - did additional research when needed, put us in touch with necessary resources - referred us to a good, thorough inspector - generally put up with our pickiness and stuck with us over the course of a long search We were very lucky to have Kristi to help us through this process!
