We interviewed several agents to re-list a house for us after our prior agent generated no serious interest in over 6 months. We selected Team Emond to replace the prior agent, principally on their experience, knowledge of the community, and marketing techniques. We are glad we did; Team Emond had a good offer within 2 weeks of re-listing. We would not only recommend them to others, but we intend retain them to sell our present home when the time comes, likely within 3 years.

These guys have decades of experience in the south metro. Nobody is better and have more connections. We worked with Jim Jr. He is very responsive including nights and weekends. We needed help with flooring, he had a guy. We are planning to add gutters to our new home, he has a guy. Jim was born and raised in the area and knows a lot of people in the business.

I had a shortsale that we were trying to buy and the process took a long time but Team Edmond walked me through the complexities and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't think of a better realtor to do business with.
