I had to wait til we were all moved in to write a review worthy of these two amazing people. Anna Purdue is truly one of a kind. From day one, she became more than our realtor—she became family. She kept us informed every step of the way, listened deeply to what we wanted, and somehow managed to find exactly what we were looking for. Anna took the time to meet my whole family, and every single one of us loved her. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched, and she fought tirelessly for what we wanted and needed. We always felt supported, respected, and confident with her by our side. Jim Archer was an incredible addition to our experience. His expertise and reassurance meant everything to us—he made it clear from the start that he would not allow anyone to take advantage of us and that we would get exactly what we wanted. Together, Anna and Jim are a tremendous team. We felt protected, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for a realtor team they can truly trust. I will definitely be recommending them to whoever listens or asks. ??

Jim and his team were amazing to work with! We were first-time home sellers and Jim met with us to view our home and explain the steps in the process. Jim and his team were with us each step of the way. Jim was quick to return messages and answer questions. He treated us so kindly. Jim made a very stressful process run as smooth as it can go. I would highly recommend the Jim Archer team for the selling or purchasing of a home. I would not hesitate to use his services again. 10/10 would recommend!

Jim has been a mentor and a pattern for years. He has helped me better understand real estate and make educated and informed decisions on what to do. He is a wealth of knowledge. He sent me a house that became my primary residence and I am so glad to have worked with Jim. Jim’s team is ethical, outstanding, respectful, and most of all understands the needs that we have when buying a house. I recommend the Jim Archer team a thousand times over.

We could not have found a better realty team than the Jim Archer Team at Steadfast Realty! If we could give them 10 stars instead of 5, we definitely would! Jim and his team, Cody Barker, Realtor and Bethany Brown, Transaction Management, were amazing! They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and negotiated our contract fairly. We trust Jim and his team and highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!

As a single female, buying a home all by myself was a little scary and a bit intimidating, but working with The Jim Archer Team made me feel safe and confident in my decision to pursue buying a home! They were incredibly helpful and super patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I felt like they truly listened to what I wanted and needed and didn’t try to push their own agenda. I truly appreciated how patient they were with all my questions and concerns. They were quick to action and follow-up every time something was needed. I truly felt they were fully invested from the beginning to the end. I could NOT imagine working with anyone other than The Jim Archer Team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are looking for an amazing team to work with when buying a home!
