Jessy went above and beyond to show us many many houses in our price range, and has knowledge of the areas to best purchase a home. She knows her stuff, I highly recommend her as a realtor. In addition, Jessy was able to recommend a mortgage company to utilize. Jessy was there every step of the way for us, and answered all of our questions.

My wife and i have work with a few real estate agents over the last 20 yrs , Jessy Perkins is at our top of the list . We first met Jessy nearly a year ago when we were wanting to look at a small foreclosed house in the town we live in. We set up a time to meet and she was not only there on time,but was there with all the info that she knew we would be needing to make a right decision on the property. Jessy did a wonderful job! She went out of her way to show me homes at times when I was available, even if it meant after business hours. Jessy was very knowledgeable about the homes she showed me and made suggestions based upon my wants and needs. I highly recommend Jessy to anyone looking to buy a home in our community!
