Jessica was a very hands on support to me and my girls. She helped me line up contractors to do house improvements, gave me selling advice to help ensure we got all the value we could, took a load to the dump to help us prepare the house for staging and made the process a lot less stressful. She was able to price us appropriately and still negotiate an exceptional offer including a 60 day rent back so we have time to shop for a new home in a different area. I highly recommend working with her!

Jessica rescued my family and helped up sell our home in a flash! We had a last minute move across the country and I was VERY pregnant. With my husband already relocated I was left behind to prepare the house for selling. Jessica took care of EVERYTHING! From landscaping, staging, house cleaning, and professional photos, Jessica was there and informing me every step of the way. Right before closing one of our huge apple trees toppled over. She immediately called an arborist to handle the situation. Jessica rocks and she will take care of everything for you! Thank you Jessica!

Jessica was AMAZING...This was our first experience selling a house and it was seamless because of Jessica‘s direction. She kept the lines of communication open and walked us through the entire process with patience and kindness-She was great!
