We had a great time working with Jessica Huber on our recent condo purchase. Jessica was very responsive to our requests during the search part of the process, and during the negotiations. Jessica went above and beyond to get our house sold. She took care of so many details as we had already moved out of state. She did an excellent job dealing with a difficult buyer who demanded crazy things, for example they wanted us to cut down the magnolia tree in the front yard and wanted us to floor the entire attic space. One of the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with, she knows the market and is willing to get things done to close the deal.
