My experience with Jessica Lustyik as a real estate agent was deeply disappointing. I initially hired her with high expectations, given her claimed expertise, but the entire process was mishandled from the start. 1. Misleading Representation & Lack of Transparency • She buried a “Neutral Representation Agreement” within the contract without clearly explaining that it meant she wouldn’t fully represent my best interests. No seller would knowingly agree to that if properly informed. • Instead of advocating for me, she made minimal effort to market the property, resulting in multiple price drops and lost buyers. 2. Lack of Professionalism & Poor Communication • After 41 days with no real progress, I gave constructive feedback about my experience and her pricing strategy. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she became defensive and abruptly tried to cancel the listing. • To make matters worse, she blocked me—which is unheard of in a professional business relationship. Rather than working to resolve the issue, she completely cut off communication. 3. Unethical & Emotionally Driven Business Practices • She unilaterally canceled my listing agreement despite having no contractual right to do so, which wasted my time and put my sale at risk. • Her reason? She claimed to feel “disrespected”—yet provided no proof of any misconduct on my part. • Instead of fulfilling her duties as an agent, she let personal emotions dictate her decisions, leaving me without proper representation. If you’re looking for a professional, reliable, and competent real estate agent, I strongly advise against working with Jessica Lustyik. She is unreliable, unprofessional, and unable to handle constructive criticism. Save yourself the headache and find an agent who actually prioritizes their clients.
