Jessica was simply outstanding in selling a duplex / condo in Clinton Township Michigan. She was really friendly to work with. Her knowledge on the condo and the real estate market in particular has been superb. She was pointing out the details in our condo that would be attractive to sellers. The most impressive part was her really nailing how much the duplex would sell for, despite other realtors and appraisers we spoke with offering different numbers. And she backed up this prediction with a list of facts about the property and market that all proved to be true. She was great in working with the potential buyers on securing and negotiating our agreement. I would strongly recommend anyone to work with her on your property. Jessica came highly recommended and DELIVERED. The home buying/selling process can be intimidating, but Jessica was there for my wife and I every step of the way. She is experienced, professional, and even more importantly genuine! We were comfortable with the process and never made to feel that any of our questions were silly (even though there was a lot of them). Not to mention, she was able to negotiate multiple deals that resulted in us netting more than expected on the sale of our house. Jessica and her team were absolutely amazing. I was a first time buyer through a crazy market and she was so helpful through the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough. There was never a time of day that I couldn't reach out or a question too silly to ask. She made me feel confident in what was a huge life decision for us.
