Jess is very personal attention and one of the friendliest people you can meet. From the moment I called her to the day I closed, she noticed all the important details and was very available. I would definitely work with her again.

Jess was the perfect real estate agent, because she really got to know me as a client at the beginning of the process. She saved me time, by helping me avoid visiting properties she knew I wouldn't like and suggesting ones to me that I thought I wouldn't like but she knew had some key features that would make me fall in love with them. I won my second bid with her, but she never pushed me to spend more than I was comfortable with, and when it came time to getting a closing attorney and lining up financing, her go-to team was incredible and fast-acting. She even helped me find an inspector, and once even went over to the house to help me choose paint colors! I would recommend Jess to any friend looking to purchase a home.

Jess was a pleasure to work with! From the start, she took the time to sit down with me and patiently walked me through the end to end buying process and asked all the relevant questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. During the process of searching for a home Jess was always patient with me and I never felt pressured, despite taking a little longer with my search than I would have liked. Once I found "the place", Jess took the time to go over with me her recommendation of a "fair offer" (again, I never felt pressured) and what it was going to take to win in a competitive bid situation. Through the actual "purchasing" phase, Jess was again always available to answer my questions, and patiently helped me navigate through the process. I HIGHLY recommend Jess Cohen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She's friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always prompt to respond to the needs of her clients (and she's funny to boot)!
