Lisa & Russell Offley, Brockton MA We used Jerry Chu to sell our home in Brockton MA, and he was outstanding! There is not enough stars that I can give that would truly explain Jerry Chu ability to sell homes. Before choosing a real estate agent, I interviewed several agents to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort,) and how they promote their listings. Jerry Chu at Coldwell Banker stood out as a trail blazer, and the best Coldwell Banker had to offer. Jerry’s social media presence was strong, and I could tell that he would put a lot of work as a sellers agent. . We spoke with Jerry and then met with him at our home. Jerry spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Jerry made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like affording us the best staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Open house arrives, when we saw the broches that Jerry had designed they were OUTSTANDING, how he frame each room, lighting was on key, quality of broches were paramount. Our home was listed on Tuesday 2/28/2017 @ 9:00am, a verbal offer received @ 11:00am, Under contract 4 days later, closed on April 28th. Jerry’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Jerry walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I will recommend Jerry Chu at Coldwell Banker to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Very professional and knowledgable about the local market, quick responses every time. Helped us buy a couple of properties completely meeting our requirements. Highly recommended if you want to get the job done.
