Jeremy has been nothing but a top notch Real Estate Agent! He not only helped us buy our condo in Fernandina Beach, Florida, he also assisted in selling it for us four years later! Jeremy was on top of every step of our home buying experience. He showed us many homes, some we visited twice, until we found the one that suits our needs perfectly. Every text, email and phone call was answered within minutes. Being new to Fernandina Beach, we had a ton of questions, like HOA dues, home owners insurance, mortgage lenders, electric & water service, home inspections, pest control, screening companies, garage floor coating companies, and even waste pick up, which he provided contacts for us. All of our questions were promptly answered, in fact, he encouraged us to "bombard him with questions" -...which we did! He has a wide network of professionals available for use if we chose to use them and all were super helpful and did there job well. Everything went like clockwork. We were serious buyers, and the process from first meeting Jeremy to shaking hands at the closing table was less than 6 weeks. Jeremy is professional and personable, he listens and he delivers.

Jeremy Paetsch is thoroughly competent; professional; exceptional skill in pricing our home and marketing the property - In fact we received multiple cash offers within the first two days the property was on the market. The Zillow Overview noted the following: Time on Zillow, 2 days, the listing had attracted 2,157 Views and 81 Saves. By Day 4, 3,238 Views and 106 Saves. With the guidance of Jeremy Paetsch, we were able to receive an offer beyond our expectations and close on the sale in record time.

We started working with Jeremy several years prior to actually listing our Florida property. As Maryland residents I needed to find a realtor that I could trust to give me accurate comps and keep me abreast of the Florida real estate market. When the timing was right, Jeremy played an intrigal part in helping us place our Flroda house on the market. Two days after the listing was active a contract was submitted. Unfortunately, COVID played havoc with the perspective buyers and they had to pull out of the contract. Jeremy was on top of things and had the house back on the market within a few days with another contract submitted within two weeks of the original. Settlement followed without a glitch. Through all of this, Jeremy was the consummate professional making sure our concerns were dealt with on all levels as well as giving us his professional advice throughout which was most helpful.
