Jeff's professionalism, experience, expertise, and understanding made the process of buying my new home easy. He guided me through each step from first day to closing and even after the closing. He put me in touch with inspectors, contractors and installers and was a resource and guide as I made the property a beautiful, comfortable home. Jeff always responded to my texts, calls, and emails and answered all of my questions with kindness, patience and understanding. Even now, 4 months after closing, he keeps in touch. I would Enthusiastically recommend Jeff DePiano to anyone who plans to sell or buy real estate!

Jeff is an amazing realtor and comes highly recommended! He was very knowledgeable of the area, especially with purchasing foreclosures, and patient with us as we visited many, many houses. Jeff was always quick to respond and flexible with our busy schedule. To top it off Jeff is an extremely personable guy and always down for a good laugh (we looked at many foreclosed houses together and you never knew what you were going to walk into!) You won't find a more knowledgeable realtor out there! Jeff is your guy!

Working with Jeff was easy. He helped me to determine the price for my home that I was selling and gave me tips to make my house more attractive to buyers. He also made it easy to approve showings. He gave me advice on all aspects of selling my home. When it was near to closing he helped me to get whatever I needed to provide for the closing. I would highly recommend Jeff for a realtor. He made selling my house so much easier!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with, he always had time to take my calls an answer my questions no matter the time of day. I valued his advice and he helped me out a lot with understanding the home buying process. He helped us close on our condo in three weeks time and during that time he always checked in on us and made sure we were on track. i highly recommend using his services. Also, he referred us to a great real estate broker an a lawyer as well. He surrounds himself with great people and my girlfriend and I could not be happier that we went with him.
