To unwind our portfolio of rentals, we did a lot of research, met a number of tier 1 agents, and decided to work with Joe due to his unparalleled knowledge of the local property market, and more importantly, his willingness to help us going through the difficult process. Not only was Joe helping to get the first property ready using his contractor, he helped coordinate the CO inspection and met with the building inspector.
