Jeff Stape is extremely knowledgable in all areas of real estate, providing excellent guidance to us when selling a home and buying our new home. His expertise in pricing and staging our home for sale allowed us to sell it in 2 days for $10,000 over asking and all cash! His negotiating of our home purchase contract was impressive. His advice was on the money each and every time. We are grateful to Jeff and his team, Mark and Pamela, for the professional, expert, and caring service they provided to us throughout the entire homebuying process. They treated us like family. It was a pleasure and honor to work with Real Estate Broker Stape & Associates Jeff and Mark Stape were absolutely wonderful, always answering my calls/ texts and always going above and beyond! I am very lucky, they were available for me and helping me throughout the process Marketing, resettlement, and even they helped us suggesting a very good moving company. They made everything very easy and smooth and my entire family was at ease with their expertise, professionalism, and overall consideration for each detail of the home selling experience They made sure that we sell our home for the best price possible. we had to move to a new State and needed the things done in a specific schedule. It surely exceeds our expectations! After one day I had my house in the market, the buyers were pouring. It did not take much at all, we had a lot of great selling offers. Jeff was a great help to me in the recent sale of an estate property. Having to deal with the sudden loss of my brother and to clean out a home that was in our family for 72 years was difficult. Jeff took the time to listen and work very hard to get the best price possible. The house was sold very quickly and he was able to get more for the property that the appraised value. Jeff made a very difficult time easier to deal with. I would and will recommend him to any of my friends if they have any type of property to sell.
