Jeff McCormick helped me find my first home. He was patient and helped me find something in my budget in an area that is more higher budget. It is perfect for what we need. He answered all our questions. When it looked like I might not be able to close, he worked with my lender and me to get that final kink worked out. His staff was great also. Breanne got me all the information I needed to get prepared for closing. Danielle and Breanne helped answer a lot of my questions as well.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Trinity McCormick, a property manager from McCormick Real estate and I feel compelled to share my disappointment in hopes of preventing others from going through the same ordeal. From the start, communication was severely lacking. Emails and calls went unanswered for days, leaving me in the dark about important matters related to my property. When I did eventually receive a response, the tone was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Ms. McCormick. In addition to poor communication, the management of my property was subpar at best. Maintenance requests were either ignored or delayed without explanation, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. There was no follow-up on critical issues, and I was left to handle problems that should have been addressed by her team. It is clear that Trinity McCormick is not suited to manage properties effectively, and I would strongly advise anyone considering working with her to seek other options. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and overall disregard for client needs are not qualities that inspire confidence or trust. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I cannot recommend her services to anyone.

Jeff was awesome to work with, he understood the assignment, that I had a tight time limit. He was able to show us homes that fit our needs for a great price. If you're in the house hunting stage and feel overwhelmed, give Jeff a call. Thank you again for all your help!
