Being a single older woman with no real estate experience Jeff guided me all the way. When we went to look at another condo in the development he had made an appointment to look at another one that from the photos I wasn’t interested in purchasing. He said we didn’t come all this way (an hour and a half) and not look at this other one. He knew all the right things to say. He knew that being close to my family was important and he asked me how did I think my family would fit in for our Christmas Eve gathering. That sold me. His advice was right on and when I was stressed he told me everything was going to work out. He was right! I’m now almost settled in and I couldn’t be happier.

Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable!! So easy to work with and always willing to go out of his way to get the answers etc; We we’re so confident in our listing and the beautiful photos used to show our home in the best way possible. Our home really showed so well , thanks to Jeff and his ideas for staging - it was perfect! We sold in a short few days and everything was as smooth as could be. We highly recommend Jeff Gualtieri!!
