Jayson was amazing and continues to keep in contact with us. We bought and sold with him. He was very professional, proficient, and made sure all loose ends were tied up. His network of professionals helped with our repair processes and continue to help us with our new home as well. Overall our experience was wonderful and so easy! Thank you Jayson!

We owe Jayson an enormous thanks. We simultaneously sold two houses through him while we were out of state. These were homes just outside Aiken that had been in our family for generations. My brother and I live in NC and decided it was time to let them go. First, he suggested people in the area to help with work that needed be done. This was a great help since we don’t live there. While we had work done, he made multiple visits to the houses and became very familiar with them and their lots. He, also, made suggestions for improvements, that were not costly, but made the houses more appealing. Then, when it came time to list, he had both professionally photographed. The pictures were gorgeous! These were both simple homes, but the pictures showed off the charms of each. His listings were well written and expressive. The listings were so well done on these two houses, that have meant so much to my family, that I actually found them to be touching. I am very grateful that the pictures and words represented these homes so well. Jayson stayed in touch with us once they were listed. We had multiple offers and he went in detail over each and gave his considerable insights and negotiation skill. They both sold in timely fashion each for a price that we felt right. We were very pleased with Jayson’s professionalism, his thoughtfulness in expending so much of his time and, also, I should add, his calm and easy manner. Being out of town, we went by these Zillow reviews, and so I hope this review helps someone else. As you can tell, we highly recommend Jayson.

Jayson made the house selling experience very smooth and not stressful at all. I didn’t have to give a lot of effort on any part of the process and my house wasn’t on the market long at all. Jayson was very responsive and stayed in touched. He also provided great information and feed back on every thing.

Bonnie and I first met Jason Hinkson by chance. We were looking for a rural home where we could lead the “small farm” life. We stopped to look at an interesting house in the country. Jason had just finished showing another couple the house. While that house was not for us, we struck up a conversation with Jason. That was a very fortuitous chance meeting. We engaged Jason as our realtor to help us find our “small farm” and to sell our home in Woodside. He did both in top notch fashion.
