Caleb helped us during a difficult buy with another realtor. He was very knowledgeable and a go getter. He went to bat for us numerous times and helped us score the house we really wanted. He had our house under contract within two days of listing it! Stand up, all around great guy!

Caleb was quick to respond when I needed information or showing dates. He and his assistant were great with my odd schedule. They gave me honest assessments during negotiations and ultimately got me in the house I wanted.

Caleb is very easy to work with as a buyer/seller. He maintained direct contact and never missed communicating with us on concerns, uncertainty and even addressed our fears of the new step in our life. It was a pleasure working with Caleb Smith, from start to finish! Several SC realtors contacted us, based on our internet search. We decided to go with Caleb because he was the only one who frequently stayed in touch with us, by sending available listings almost every day. Our initial conversation with Caleb was pleasant and we immediately connected with his warm, southern energy. Most of our conversation/transactions for the purchase of our home in SC was done long distance--we in California, Caleb in SC.
