Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Jaya made it easy for us she is very professional I can’t speak highly enough of Jaya as our real estate agent.Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected.Jaya is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system to help out in any issue/concerns/questions without any hesitation.She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams,Jaya and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We had a great pleasure and time to work with Jaya and her team (Sarla and Tanisha) for our first home. While we started looking properties, Jaya tried to understand our requirements/ budget, than she guided us what have to consider while searching a property. During the property tour, She was full involved by informing us about builder's background, material used, market trend and history of property & area around. Although she provides her realistic views but never forced us to make an offer or adjust our offering price, as a result we established a trusted agent-buyer relationship. Later on once our offer got selected, she gave a step by step guidance to proceed for hassle free closing. And finally we have our first sweet home. We really appreciate your help.

Jaya is a top class realtor. We sold our home through her. She has vast knowledge about the area and does her research well. We were impressed about everything she did. Help with staging, pictures, accurate pricing, upfront communication, availability of her and her team (Tanisha and others) at all times are all the reasons for her being the top realtor in the area. Highly recommend!

This is my first Home sale with Jaya as my realtor. I had a great experience working with Jaya from start to end. Here are some qualities which makes Jaya exceptional - She loves what she does - Very reachable and prompt in her replies (text, phone, emails) - She has a Mantra of customer first - Always plans ahead - Gives valuable suggestions during the entire sale cycle - Listing the home is an art on the websites, she does that in style with all true facts. - She has attention to detail The list goes on, but we are very satisfied with Jaya and her Team and would definitely recommend Team Jaya.
