Jarret is an enthusiastic real estate professional. He helped sell our home at a great price. He had good expertise in knowing what people would like and he was always available to guide us, or direct us to someone else when necessary. I'd highly recommend.

Jarret went above and beyond at every step of the process. His advice was invaluable. While other apartments in our building sat on the market for months, with his guidance, we got offers our first week on the market, and ended up selling at well above our original asking price. Any time there was a bump in the road, he knew exactly what course of action to take. We would not have been able to do it with out him! Seriously recommend him to everyone.

We are so lucky to have worked with Jarret and the Second City Agents team on our latest home purchase! Jarret's knowledge of construction and home renovations came in super handy for us as we were looking at several homes which had recently been updated. He was able to tell us what renovations looked good vs. what looked rushed/bad. Jarret listened to what we wanted, got us into homes quickly, helped us manage expectations, and advocated for us when we needed it. Can't thank Jarret enough for his hard work finding us the home for our growing family!
