Jannine was truly a godsend. My husbands father passed unexpectedly and was the sole caretaker for his wife who has dementia. They lived in Rockport and we live in San Antonio. We knew we needed to move my mother in-law closer to us to become her caretakers. We also run our own business so between caring for my mother in-law, situating the details of the estate and just the stress of it all, it was very overwhelming. When we met with Jannine, right off the bat we knew she was the realtor for us. We wanted to be as "hands off" for the sale of this home as possible. Jannine organized everything for us to get the home ready to go to market. She is knowledgeable of the local market, made the ENTIRE process smooth and seamless, and is highly responsive. We are so pleased with her service. She took a load of stress off of us at such a difficult time. We would highly recommend Jannine to others and if there every was a situation where we needed a realtor in the area she would be our go-to!

Jannine is the ideal agent to sell your home in Port Aransas. She lives in town, knows the uniqueness of all the different neighborhoods, and understands the local real estate market and the process of selling a home here. Her photographer, video tour, drone footage were top-notch and helped us sell our house in under six days. She was transparent throughout the entire process, responsive to all our questions and requests, and an excellent negotiator at the most critical stages (contract, option period, and closing). If you want top dollar for your home in Port A, call Jannine. She works tirelessly, and as full-time residents of Port A, we can tell you that is very rare here :)

We bought and sold in Port Aransas with Jannine. She ensures she is always available to quickly resolve any issues and her calm personality was assuring and helpful in hot market situations! She definitely is the best!

Jannine handled all the necessary and somewhat mind boggling paperwork during the listing and handled requests promptly. She was diligent in scheduling showings, which was complicated as our home was a secondary resort residence and was often occupied by vacationers.
