It is with great enthusiasm that we recommend Janice Patterson and her team. My husband and I have worked with a large number of realtors over the years, and we can say, without hesitation or reservation, that Janice is the best agent we’ve ever dealt with either as a buyer or seller, period! I can speak from experience, as I first became a Real Estate agent in Florida in 1983, and then a broker. Later, I got my Real Estate Broker’s License in another state, up north, as well. We had a beautiful lake front lot in Florida that had been on the market with another agent. Though it was lovely, the previous realtor generated no interest in it. No matter how great a property is, it will not sell itself unless people actually view it, and they will not view it as readily unless it is well presented. Janice had the most professional photo listing that we’ve seen, including aerial drone photos. Her description of the lot was perfectly written, such that perspective buyers could envision living in the beautiful setting that it provided. She answered questions promptly, was very accessible, and handled the closing professionally. There were no hiccups along the way. We have been impressed with every aspect of her business approach, and have kept in touch over the past year. She’s been willing to help us with other real estate questions. If you have property to sell, or if you are hoping to purchase property in Central Florida, we doubt you will be able to find a better Realtor than Janice. Her knowledge of the area and business is extensive, and if there’s a question she can’t answer immediately, she has a large network of professionals with whom she works, and she will find the answer for you. Plus, she’s just a lot of fun!!

Janice Patterson is not only an experienced, knowledgeable Realtor, but she also has the kind of people skills that instantly made me feel confortable working with her. My husband and I are very happy with the home she found for us.

Helen and Janice Patterson were very patient through the whole house hunting process. Very accomodating. We looked at many houses before deciding on one, and never once did I feel like they were trying to rush me to buy a house. The Patterson Team is absolutely excellent to work with. They helped me through the entire buying process. This was my first home purchase, any questions I had, they would answer. If I ever need to buy another home, I will definately choose to use the Patterson Team as my agent. I would reccomend them to everybody.

The Patterson Team is awesome!! They have helped me find several properties! Always professional, courteous, quick in responding to all questions.
