Janet is a gem of a person and an amazing Realtor. She does a superb job of understanding what you are and aren't looking for. She is also excellent and looking at properties objectives, giving the positives and negatives about them. She has a vast network of quality service professionals to accomplish what you need done on a home - your existing one or the one you want to purchase. If there were a 12-star option, I would choose that one.

Janet is a great realtor who takes really great care of her clients. She is easy to keep in touch with in regards to the status of contracts whether you're buying or selling. She never makes you feel like you're being a burden and provides good information for new buyers!

Janet is the best. She immediately told me what to do to get the house ready to sell and knew exactly what the house should be listed for. She contacted needed contractors immediately to help with the process of selling. When I needed to talk to her she replied to me at once, no matter what time it was, as if i were her only client. Janet is a real joy to work with, she is very knowledgeable and she loves what she does, which made the whole experience fun. I don't trust a lot of people, but she had nothing but my best interest at heart through the whole process of buying a home as a single Mom. Thank you Janet for all that you do and all you did for me. I love my new home.

Janet was very flexible with her time and provided tons of information on all the houses we looked at. She was well prepared with paperwork and documents for a very easy transaction toward buying our first house. Would highly recommend Janet to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. Had a bad experience with another buyer's agent, but once we found Janet, it was one of the greatest feelings working with someone who knew what to do. Janet saved us for almost calling it quits on buying a house. I consider her now to be a very good friend. A total professional and extremely easy to talk to. Great Job Janet!!!
