It has been years since we required the services of a realtor, and our interactions with Julie were nothing but positive. Julie brought us up to date on how buyers react in the market today. She offered suggestions on how we could show our home in the most positive light. She walked us through filling out all the required paperwork and she was always available for any questions we had. We found her strongest skill to be negotiating to get the best possible offer on our house. She made what is normally a very stressful process much easier on us.
