I needed help selling a loved ones home in Salmon, ID due to an unexpected death. This was a very stressful time with lots of changes needing to happen. I live in Montana with my own family and a full time job I need to manage, I had no idea how I was going to be able to conquer such a large task on my own. I was feeling lost, then I was lucky enough to cross paths with Janalee. We spoke, discussed a plan and she was willing to help me take on the task. She is honest, trustworthy and willing to do whatever she can to help you. I could go on for days about all the things she helped me with when I could not be there in person to handle myself. I will be forever grateful for her. If you are in need of a realtor for buying or selling, I cant recommend Janalee enough!

Janalee is an awesome agent and we were lucky enough to find her when we were buying our home. She also had the challenging task of representing buyer and seller. Regardless, she always made us feel like we were important and was always there when we needed her. We haven't purchased a house in many years and needed to relocate states. Janalee made the process simple and easy to understand, and we appreciated her patience and expertise. Her insight on the house and local resources was extremely valuable to us and went above and beyond to help us close on our home quickly and efficiently. Janalee was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We asked her to help on the closing of a real estate deal. She could not have been more thorough and put us at ease in this transaction. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Janalee was upfront and gave us great advice on the different aspects of the real estate process. I would highly recommend Janalee in any facet of the real estate market!!!
