I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Team Blair Tahoe as my real estate agent - I can't speak highly enough of their services! As someone who was buying my second home in an area that I wasn't particularly familiar with, I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Kelly from the team was nothing short of a consummate professional - from our very first meeting, she was always incredibly prepared with all the facts I needed to know about the region we were looking to buy. What impressed me most about Kelly was how well she understood my exact needs when it came to buying a new home. She listened carefully to my feedback and always made sure that the homes she showed me were in line with what I was looking for. And throughout the process, she was never pushy or overbearing - instead, she discussed the pros and cons of different homes and neighborhoods with me in a way that made me feel well-informed and confident in my choices. All in all, I can honestly say that working with Kelly made the buying process an absolute pleasure. She was patient, thoughtful, and always went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that she was always available to answer any questions I had and she never made me feel rushed or like any question I had was a silly one. Big high five to the team!

The whole team at Team Blair Tahoe was helpful and professional but Kelly Cline was amazing as our lead agent. She led us through the process of selling our family vacation home at Lake Tahoe with a great deal of knowledge and was willing to go to any length to make it easy for us.

Taylor Halsey is a true gem. She truly understood our sense of urgency and went above and beyond to help us navigate not only a challenging market but a very challenging sale. I can honestly say that if it weren’t for Taylor we wouldn’t have been able to buy this home. Thanks Taylor!!!!

Tayor is a delight to work with. Looking for a home in the super competitive market was extremely challenging. Taylor was very knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods in the Tahoe/Truckee area and helped us narrow down exactly where we should focus our search as well as helping to manage our expectations. After months of searching, she helped us get the perfect home for us and our budget. In addition to the extensive knowledge and commitment, she’s really fun to work with. Highly recommend.

Team Blair was a pleasure to deal with in selling our Tahoe City home, from helping to determine the asking price through the close of escrow. We have bought and sold many properties and this is one of the smoothest transactions we have experienced. We would definitely use them again.
