Wade is a very knowledgeable realtor and clearly showed an excellent work ethic. The sale of my countryside property had a few challenges, and he was very helpful in getting past those issues. The location was kind out of the way for him also, but that did not deter him from rolling up the sleeves and getting the work done. I sought Mr. Ebert out to sell my house because I had met him once prior and had a good impression of his character. He is passionate about his work, but his world does not revolve around dollar signs. He shows genuine human compassion and fosters homeless dogs for a no-kill animal shelter. I highly recommend Wade Ebert to anyone seeking services of a real estate professional. Doug VanNattan

Ben was absolutely incredible to work with, and I'd recommend him 1000x to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area. Coming from out of state, we didn't have a local realtor to work with and stumbled upon Ben by pure chance. Ben went out of his way countless times throughout the process to help answer our questions or get things moving, whether it was us that needed the extra push or the seller/loan agent. Ben was very real with us throughout the process, making sure we knew what we were getting into, where we might run into issues, and letting us know his concerns every step of the way. When the deal was going to fall through with a 24 hour countdown before it was lost, and we had done all of the research we could and been forced to give up hope on getting the house, Ben was the one who came up with the solution and was able to connect us with a new mortgage lending agent who was able to review our application that day and get us approved which saved the deal. We really would not have our home if it was not for Ben. I could not recommend Ben more, you won't be let down.

Enjoyed working with Giuseppe. We looked at a lot of houses and he ended up finding the one we ended up going with. He was familiar with the different areas. He also met with us during hours that worked best for us. We appreciated him and the Winchester sales team making buying a house as easy as possible We never felt rushed while looking at houses.

We contacted Jami after doing research on best realtors in Central Illinois. Jami came on top and she delivered. She was very responsive to our calls or texts. She has excellent knowledge of the market. Her recommendations and information were well thought out. Her staff was equally helpful. They made the process as smooth as possible and worked within our time-line. I would certainly recommend them for the expertise and commitment.
