Enjoyed working with Giuseppe. We looked at a lot of houses and he ended up finding the one we ended up going with. He was familiar with the different areas. He also met with us during hours that worked best for us. We appreciated him and the Winchester sales team making buying a house as easy as possible We never felt rushed while looking at houses.

We contacted Jami after doing research on best realtors in Central Illinois. Jami came on top and she delivered. She was very responsive to our calls or texts. She has excellent knowledge of the market. Her recommendations and information were well thought out. Her staff was equally helpful. They made the process as smooth as possible and worked within our time-line. I would certainly recommend them for the expertise and commitment.

Teresa is a the best real estate agent in town. She has helped me buy and sell six houses over the years. She is very detailed and carrying about her clients and their needs. 12 years after my first home transaction as a seller with the Winchester Sales Team, I knew the one person (and team!!) to call/text to sell a home that we designed and built, which meant so much to us - The Winchester Sales Team. The marketing site and the photos they lined up were exceptional and really showcased our home. We were grateful to have our first potential buyers IN our home within two hours of going live, and we followed up with 2 more that day, three more on Day 2...including one who submitted an offer we accepted.
