12 years after my first home transaction as a seller with the Winchester Sales Team, I knew the one person (and team!!) to call/text to sell a home that we designed and built, which meant so much to us - The Winchester Sales Team. The marketing site and the photos they lined up were exceptional and really showcased our home. We were grateful to have our first potential buyers IN our home within two hours of going live, and we followed up with 2 more that day, three more on Day 2...including one who submitted an offer we accepted. I called yesterday to look at a property, made an appointment for today at 4:30, arrived at the property and waited 30mins, I tried calling and no answer, no show, and no response. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with someone who isn’t reliable, I called the company and they confirmed I was on the schedule for a showing today, and they did not know why she didn’t make it.
