Russ did a great job walking us through the purchase process for our first home. He went above and beyond to ensure all requirements are repairs were made. His support, ethics, kindness and good nature make him a wonderful person to work with. 12/10 recommend to work with Russ and will make sure for my future purchases, he’s the one to call!

In a very competitive real estate market, Emily Allen had our home sold and found us new home within the same week. We could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and motivated real estate agent. Emily and her team made our selling and buying experience smooth and seamless, even in a very hot market. We absolutely recommend Emily and if we ever sell again we will not hesitate to call her! She is passionate about what she does and clearly loves her job. Russ Addie is AWESOME! He did not know us, did not know how serious we were as buyers, and he never pressured us to sign anything until it came down to putting an offer in. He responded promptly to our inquiry to check out a home. That day we saw 4 properties. One of which is now the home of our dreams! We put an offer in that night and we closed 1 week ago. We could not be happier with our new home, but more importantly we were pleased with the fluidity of the buying process. Russ is a standup guy that loves what he does and it shows. He seamlessly walked us through the process of buying a home and he made it fun doing it. I would HIGHLY recommend Russ to anyone that is in the buying market. Well done Russ! Russ was a pleasure to work with- he is very knowledgeable about real estate, locations, moving details, and other things necessary to make a smooth move. I had a lot of specific things I was looking for in a house and property, and he worked closely with those requirements, was patient and very understanding. I highly recommend using his services for any real estate needs, and would not hesitate to use him again.

Russ Addie couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He knows the area extremely well; he has workers he can call on when repairs need to be made; he can assess what needs to be done to sell the home for the best price without going overboard. He even did some of the work himself at no charge. We relied on him completely and he was able to sell our home quickly at a price that was great. Even before we put our house on the market, he helped us look for places to move in the area. He is exceptional.
