Selling a house can be stressful and overwhelming. Jacki made the process much easier might have been otherwise. When we first met, she clearly communicated what her team would do and showed us before and after examples of transformations they’d done on other houses in our area. She explained what we could expect and what different levels of improvement might net us and gave examples of what we might do to get the most bang for the buck. She also spent time listening to our concerns about what might need to be addressed to get the house on the market. This is one of the areas where Jacki’s expertise in our area really paid off. Once we developed a plan, Jacki and her team kept the process on track and helped us maximize the Return on Investment we’d made in the house over the years, and the improvements we made in prepping the house for sale. Jacki’s team members helped us declutter by offering to help with dump-runs and garage sales and finding homes for the appliances that we weren’t moving. Once we’d got that to that point, Jacki made some design suggestions on things we could do to improve the curb appeal of the house and update it so the new buyers would get the most out of it without having to make too many changes following the sale. This included suggestions about things such as: windows, paint, flooring and landscaping updates. Once the prep work was done, Jacki and her team staged the house. They brought in décor and furnishings that complimented our furnishings and made the house really shine. The marketing presentation online and the open houses brought everything together and got the house multiple offers in days. Jacki was instrumental in managing the offers and working with buyer’s agents and the home sold for significantly more than we’d anticipated. Obviously, every transaction is unique and dependent on many factors. Jacki’s experience, expertise and integrity made the process work for us. Jacki lives up to the “First Lady of Real Estate” nickname. I’m glad that we entrusted our sale to her.

Jacki O. completely astounded us! Having gone through several real estate transactions in the past, I have never experienced anything close to what she brings to the table – not just with a real estate sale but even in general…I just don’t run across people that take such pride in their profession and handle a job so adeptly. At every step of the way, Jacki went above and beyond. She is highly motivated and professional with truly an incredible work ethic. I count myself very fortunate to have worked with Jacki on the sale of our parents’ home and will never even think of using anyone else to handle another home purchase or sale again.

The recent sale of my mother’s home with Jacki O has left me nothing short of blown away. My wife and I had 2 previous transactions with Jacki O that were simply amazing throughout the entire process, so my expectation selling my mother’s home was high. But she completely exceeded our expectations on every front. She started with a very professional, very thorough market analysis of my mother’s house (this was a 26-page document that gave me every bit of info we were hoping for). She gave us 3 options for listing prices (one was a little on the low end, one in the upper middle, and one that was high). With the market softening a bit, she recommended the upper-middle one, which we all agreed on (4 of us total on the sale). The house needed a bit of rehab and also staging (the place hasn’t seen an upgrade in over 40 years). When she mentioned all the work that needed to be done, we were expecting a hefty rehab bill. When she could get it done well for under half of what we were expecting, I have to admit I doubted this was going to be the case. She has a small army of contractors and the work was done in record time to get it to market. When she said she was done, the rehab bill was even less than what she estimated. This next part I hope she got on video. I was totally and completely blown away by what looked like a completely modern house outside and especially inside. I’ve never done this in my life, but I brought people over who knew what the house looked like and everyone’s jaw would drop when they see how she rehabbed and staged it. We had so many competing offers that the house sold well over the highest of the 3 bids she initially set in the market analysis (and we would have been happy getting the middle one). It was over $30K more than the highest one!! Again, I cannot say enough for Jacki O. She genuinely cares about your experience, has great and regular communication, and her service is beyond top notch. I would recommend ANYONE to reach out to Jacki O if they’re buying or selling a home. It’ll be the best decision you’ve made. - Brady Jones

Jacki O did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of my childhood home. Her expertise in the market was instrumental in providing a competitive sale price for the area. Jacki o was very involved in all aspects of the sale including the clean-up and staging of the home. She has an amazing knack for interior design and is very knowledgeable in Real Estate. She is friendly, responsive and gave very good advice. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.

Working with Jacki was a pleasure. We were first time buyers and she patiently explained all of the details involved in the home buying process and protected us as her clients. We plan to use her again if we ever sell and/or buy another property. Her experience is an asset and her devotion to her clients is absolute. Highly recommend her!
