Jake is a top-notch agent. He is responsive, knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond in the service he provides. We live out of state and thankfully chose Jake as our listing agent to sell a property in Taylors Falls, MN. Jake is well connected and was able to refer several quality service providers during pre-listing preparations, and even coordinated the appointments for us. Aside from his professionalism, he is a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. We've sold/purchased several properties over the years, and Jake is really one of the best. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

We started our buying process in July and Jake stuck with us the entire time all the way through closing in October. We were fairly difficult clients, requesting multiple showings in one day and canceling at the last minute sometimes due to scheduling conflicts, but he was very professional throughout the entire process. He arranged showings, submitted offers quickly, and was very helpful and thorough. He made a very stressful time much easier and we highly recommend him!!!

Jake was extremely helpful during the process of buying our first home. He was always on time, answered any questions we had and always returned calls if we missed him on any given day. First homes can be daunting, but hake really did a great job at explaining and helping us with every step. Highly recommended!

The guy knows what he’s talking about, not afraid to get extra information for me and always responds fast to any questions I have. I’ve used him 3 times now. a friend of mine and my parents have used him also, all of which are very satisfied
