I recently purchased a home, and the experience was exceptionally poor due to the actions of this agent. This was the worst home-buying experience I've encountered, having purchased multiple homes previously. I was subjected to repeated falsehoods, withheld crucial information, and even intimidated on several occasions when things were not done to their exact specifications. Following the transaction, I spoke with the builder, who revealed numerous instances of misinformation. As a result, I acquired a home that does not adequately meet my needs as a disabled veteran. I was falsely informed by the agent that modifications could not be made to accommodate me, but the builder confirmed this was untrue and was willing to make the necessary adjustments. This behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this agent and recommend seeking a more professional, trustworthy, and ethical representative. I have rated them one star, though a negative rating would be more appropriate. This agent is deceitful, and I urge you to be cautious.
