We decided to put our house in West Dover on the market late July 2025. When I first talked to Erica over the phone I immediately liked her as she was so personable and easily engaging which showed her dedication to her profession. With many houses sitting on the market around the area we were skeptical on it selling very fast but 10 days later Erica had a buyer for us and we closed on the house 6 weeks later.
