Jacki was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I was a first time house buyer and she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and negotiations. She also was very flexible with my schedule working after hours and I was able to sign all paperwork virtually.

Jacki made my first home buying experience very easy. She corresponded with me regularly throughout the whole process and was able to answer all of the many questions I had. She sent me many potential homes to view that fit my must-haves, helped me when I decided to submit an offer, and kept me on track with everything to complete the home buying process. I am extremely satisfied with my home and all of the help Jacki provided for me.

To put it simply, Jacki was Amazing! She and her awesome husband took so much time out of there schedule to help us find our perfect residence. We were on a tight time schedule being from out of state, when we came to Jacki with a list of homes to see and she was so diligent to make that list a reality! After not finding anything that we were falling in love with though she started doing research on the go, making suggestions and she truly found a new area for us to look into, and ultimately, she literally found our dream home for us! Jacki and her team also were amazing with some lender issues from our home state and working those out, being supportive, and encouraging. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of the Frazier's!

Jacki was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond for us. She was always avail to answer any questions we had or to even meet to look at other homes in a matter of minutes. I can’t say enough great things about her.

Jacki was always there for us as we were selling our house. If we had questions, she was very responsive and when we requested changes, she also made them happen. She initially sold our house in a week, unfortunately the first buyer backed out. She had us in a contingency offer approximately 30 days later.
