We wanted to sell a piece of land. Our sister Mary gave us Jack’s name. In early November, I e-mailed him and told him about the property, what it looked like and where it was located. And that we needed someone who could handle the transaction mostly remotely. Jack replied right away and let us know he was available to look at it right away. He kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. Our property was listed December 1st, we had an offer December 10th, and closed January 3rd. It was a very smooth transaction. We highly recommend him for his professionalism, efficiency, and overall knowledge of the area. It was a great experience. Best we could have hoped for.

Jack was very personable & professional to work with. We let him know our wants & needs, and he came up with a number of great suggestions. Jack is a low pressure realtor who wants you to be happy with your experience, and he thinks outside the box and is rather resourceful when creating an offer to fit each situation. We could not have been happier with our new home & the home buying experience. Jack is truly someone we would direct friends & family to...when it comes to a home buying (& selling) a home!
