Ivie was excellent! She worked very hard to promote our property and possessed outstanding communication skills during the negotiation phase. I can't say enough good about her. We highly recommend Ivie to those of you who are selling-or-purchasing a new home. Ivie provided us with a detailed analysis on our local real estate market that was spot on. She readily and happily responded to any questions and concerns we had even when the office was closed or when she was on her day off. She did all the work and we merely sat back and crossed our fingers. She made the process comfortable. Ivie treated us throughout the process with respect and professionalism. But more than that, she treated us like family. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Ivie did great job listing and sell our cabin. Very impressed with the amount of showing she brought in and keeping us updated on them all. I would use Ivie again as a realtor and highly recommend her to others. Thanks Ivie it was very enjoyable and fun working with you.

Amazing realtor. Knows the area and willing to go through it all to get the sale completed. She even took out quads and hiked the woods to view the land we were selling to make sure she knew all about it. Our land ended up having a lot of unforeseen issues in the sale and Ivie took them on. She worked with surveyors, our attorney, the title company, among others to make sure everything was resolved to get the sale completed. It was a 2 year process (yes you read that right-2 years) and she stuck with us. We could not have done it without her loyalty to us as her clients. We are so grateful to have had Ivie as our realtor.
