Isobel Wilson took pictures that vivdly showed the beauty of our home.She took time to advise us on all aspects of selling our home. Isobel was available to answer any questions we had. We felt confident that Isobel had our best interests at heart. We totally trusted her to find us the best buyer at the best price.

I have written a review about Isobel's success and professionalism in helping me sell a home, but I also would like to recommend her as a buyer's agent. Isobel helped me purchase a home in Easton as well. She was patient and understanding and took time to review my criteria for buying a house. She set up multiple showing appointments and accompanied me to each one. She accommodated my busy work schedule and crammed showings all into one day, and even some in the evenings and on weekends. Before each property, she had done her homework and reviewed the pros and cons of each one with me against my selection criteria. Once I started narrowing down the list of properties that I liked, she was happy to get me into those properties additional times, and even was interested in how my son liked the home. Once I found the perfect house, she even scheduled a showing so that my parents who had traveled quite a distance could view the property I had put under contract as well. She was thoughtful and professional through the entire offer/negotiation phase and helped me through each step in the process from my questions on the mortgage with the bank all the way to the day of closing. She helped refer home inspectors and lawyers to me and has many contacts in the area. She responded to e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a very timely and professional manner and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Although this was the 5th house I had purchased, I had never done it on my own and she made the whole process seamless and less scary. I would highly recommend Isobel as both a seller's and a buyer's agent. She takes great pride in her work and it shows.

From the first time that Isobel walked into our home, it was apparent...she meant business. She WAS going to sell our home. Our home had been listed with another agent for almost a year when we decided to try other options. We were immediately impressed by Isobel's knowledge and expertise with selling homes. She followed through on every single thing she promised. The pictures of our home that were available on line as well as the pamphlet available to people at the Open House only further enhanced our property and ultimately led to the sale just a few short months later. Isobel also helped us search for our new home. She was prompt on sending new listings to us as they became available, expanding the search until we were able to find what we were looking for. We have recommended her to several of our friends who are also selling then buying without any hesitation. Isobel is truly a wonderful realtor who will work to do her best every step of the way. She even took a picture of us with the buyers at the closing! And, another picture with the sellers later that same day. She worked hard to make sure that both closings happened the same day, a task not easily done. Thanks again to Isobel for being a wonderful and caring realtor.

Isobel helped us sell our home quickly, we had an offer on the table before we held out first open house, which was totally unexpected as I thought it may take us a while to sell because we lived next to power lines. The photographs and floor plans provided of the property were far superior to what I'd seen elsewhere and she gave us very good advice on preparing the house for sale. She gave me local contact numbers for plumbers, electricians and septic services who all were very professional, quick and reasonably priced. We are now working with her to find our new home. She is quick to send properties as she see's them new to the market and offers a wealth of advice on things to look at when we have been round and viewed properties. By far the best realtor I have worked with. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling a home!
