Irina is great, she worked with us for months as we moved from CA to CO to find the right house and deal with all of the issues and problems that always come up. She's extremely responsive and understands the local area as much as anyone else possibly could. You won't go wrong working with Irina and we highly recommend her.

Irina is great my husband used her when he bought his first home and we used her again when we decided to sell. Irina is very knowledgeable and professional, and she was always available when we wanted or needed her to explain something. I have used the services of Irina Riley on two occasions. Once to sell a property that I owned in which she sold the property in short order, and she is assisting me at this time to purchase a property. In all respects, she knows the marketplace, is honest and professional in dealings with clients and is responsive to the needs of buyers and sellers alike. When the occasion demands, Irina can effectively negotiate a transaction to the benefit of her clients. She keeps her eye on the target, which is the closing table! On many occasions, Irina offered advice from her broad expertise, to help me above and beyond what was expected of her. You can't go wrong when you have Irina Riley as your Broker.

Irina is amazing! She is the consummate professional. We bought a home in Colorado while living far away in Maryland. Not an ideal situation, but Irina made it easy for us. She maintained constant contact with us throughout and walked us through every step of the way. When we flew out (several times!), she set aside time for us exclusively, and scheduled appointments to tour homes in the most efficient manner possible. We have our dream home. Thank you Irina.
