Irina did an excellent job assisting with selling my dad’s house and purchasing his co-op apartment! Irina went above and beyond in successfully getting both transactions through closing, including successfully navigating unexpected complexities attributable to my dad’s health issues, which involved taking on additional responsibilities. Irina’s expertise in the market was instrumental for determining an appropriate sale price and a competitive purchasing price as well as navigating the co-op’s HOA.
